At Maes-G ShowZone, we believe that all children, regardless of their circumstances should have access to the performing arts.

We are a volunteer-led, not-for-profit, community interest company that provides children the opportunity to explore various areas of the performing arts.

Through twice-weekly sessions from 1 to 3 hours each, we provide children with high-quality tuition, opportunity to explore and showcase their talents and to explore the performing arts and creative industries.

During the COVID-19 pandemic there were rising concerns in regards to children’s mental health with having been in lockdown. Charities were talking about record breaking numbers of children reaching out for support due to the isolation and loneliness.

We wanted to ensure that we played a part in supporting children coming out of lockdown and we did it in the only way we knew how.

We believe that ALL children, whatever their circumstances should have access to the Performing Arts.
